Front desk bad customer service
If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist was incredibly unprofessional—placing me on hold mid-sentence with no explanation or courtesy. After 15 minutes, I had to call back from another phone, only to be met with a dismissive excuse. If this is how they handle calls, I can't imagine trusting them with actual care
Bad review because of the staff name Jamila. Dr Rashid need better and more responsible and nicer staff.
