Dr. Ahmed is a very good doctor, and I have no complaints about him or the quality of his care. My concern is with the office staff and the way appointments and patients are managed. Even after making an appointment, I have had to wait for around two hours before being seen. What is more frustrating is that patients do not always seem to be called in the order they arrived or according to their appointment times. Three start for the front desk!!They always seem in a bad mood,idk why,maybe too much workload or whatever. DR. Ahmed is my family dr,we all see him,he is very proffesional and understanding.The waiting time is long as they accept walk-ins.
I am surprised. How does a doctors office get so dirty.
Most off the staff are not helpful They don't have enough knowledge They are very rude If you have appointments still you have to stay more than 2 hours. If you complain about this dr advice you They are not wrong
