I really like my PCP Dr. Khalid...he is thorough and very professional...He can be blunt at times too (honestly). He has been my primary care provider for more than 15-years. What I don't like is that he keeps moving his office every few years. This last move to Concord I only found out because I had to call about a refill. I love dr khalid employees specially im writing this about omar hes really nice, respectful and a communication person he helped me so much with my medication i would recomend everybody should go to their office amd speak to omar i appriciated his work.
Dr. Khalid is one of the best doctors around! My only complaint is that front desk staff is not very helpful or professional. I asked for my personal records when I had to change insurances and change doctors and I had asked for my records in December 2020 in person, then had called every month multiple times leaving messages and speaking to the front desk asking them ( and them agreeing) to fax my records or mail them to my new doctors office and THEY NEVER FAXED THEM! I love dr. khalid but just wanted to note that someone called to remind me of my appointment i told them i thought it was next week and they very unprofessionally and with attitude said "uhhh, no. actually. it's tomorrow." and i checked my second calendar and asked if i could reschedule for next week and she responded "oh my bad, you right - it's next week."
