Dr kazmi is great. He hears me out. He is genuinely kind. He has helped me with my migraines. Although I pay a lot for my insurance because he is in network, I do it because of the professionalism and care he provides.
On hold for 20 mins, everytime I call. Then they reject the referral because Dr name isn't on it, so I get Dr name on it. Now they reject it again because wrong address. This has been going on for at least 5 mths. They don't call you to tell you something is wrong. I called one time and talked with referral person and she told me about the Dr name on it, never said anything about address. Always waiting for them to call us.
