On hold for 20 mins, everytime I call. Then they reject the referral because Dr name isn't on it, so I get Dr name on it. Now they reject it again because wrong address. This has been going on for at least 5 mths. They don't call you to tell you something is wrong. I called one time and talked with referral person and she told me about the Dr name on it, never said anything about address. Always waiting for them to call us. This doctor is Great and I hate having to give a 1 star but the staff there are horrible. Especially one lady she’s supposed to be some supervisor or lead. I can’t recall her name but she’s tall and has short black hair. She’s too aggressive and rude, I saw her arguing with people and threatening to reschedule their appointments. She’s so unprofessional. I really loved this place but they need to change their staff especially that lady. She shouldn’t be working with patients or people. Thank You.
