I disagree with the negative reports. My experience has been just the opposite. Dr. Heikal was very caring and explained a lot to me. I would definitely recommend him. I rate him a five.
Worst doctor office EVER! Been trying for months to get supplies and they will not call back. Not my problem the supplier they use canceled their contract with my insurance company and now I haven't received supplies for 6 months!!!!
Sensible and listens well. Doesn't talk down to you and makes sure you're on board with the treatment plan. Pleasant personality.
