My elderly Mom was seen once here as a new patient. Since that time, I spoke 1 time to someone there regarding a test for my mom.' John' said he would get right back to me. Well, 5 weeks later, still nothing! I have sent messages by phone and Email. No one answers the phone on their business hours. I have tried for consecutive days to reach them! It's so unbelievable! This is hopeless with them! I am seeking another competent doctor in the area.

Doctor Gajraj is 5 stars. My mother loves him. He is very thorough, compassionate and kind. As for the staff, I’m absolutely stunned by their incompetence and lack of compassion. There is no answer when you call and when you leave a message it takes too long to get a return call. Today I didn’t get one after leaving 3 messages, so I had to drive there because it was urgent. DR. JASON GAJRAJ IS A EXCELLENT DOCTOR SINCE MEETING HIM IN UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL I MUST SAY THAT HE HAS SPARED MY LIFE. HE IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO HIS PATIENTS HE LISTENS TO YOU TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND HE OFFERED SOLOTIONS TO YOUR PROBLEM I HAVE NOT SEEN A DOCTOR LIKE HIM IN MY 71 YEARS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE YOUNG , MIDDLE AGE OLD HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM STILL LIVING BECAUSE OF HIM. HE IS GREAT.

It’s been 3 months and no one from the office has ever called with bloodwork results. Office also submitted incorrect billing to the insurance. A terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

Husband was a new patient who made appt to see Dr. Gajraj ( a male dr) but when he arrived for his visit, he was told the dr was at the hospital and he had to see the female nurse practitioner. The visit and office very average and not worth recommending or returning.
