I called this practice to inquire about becoming a new patient and spoke with a receptionist named Jessica. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While I was only asking basic questions that any new patient would want to know, she seemed bothered and dismissive. Best dentist office I’ve been too! The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. I am currently pregnant and had major teeth ache. Dr.Nico and his entire staff did an amazing job on resolving the issue. Not only did they help but they were so attentive and making sure the process was pain free to not cause stress on my body for the baby. Best part is this is the first dentist office I attend where everyone is helpful and they go out of their way to check up on you!
