I have seen Dr. Moghaddassi a few times now both concerning my throat and ear. He was recommended by by wife and I have been happy with his treatment as well as his staff. I would definitely recommend him.
Outstanding Doctor...compassionate, attentive and professional.
I was first seen by the PA, Chris. Very informative, and an on-point diagnosis, with great suggestions for future care. Was then seen by Dr. Moghaddassi - who also gave me a diagnosis, and a plan of care. Very satisfied with the entire office staff.
Dr. Moghaddassi was dismissive with my concerns. His exam was NOT thorough, had to ask him to check my ears. Most upsetting,the total lack of professionalism of his office staff. When questioned about the lack of air conditioning (I was having great difficulty breathing), the staff acknowledged by saying, "We're hot too." They showed little to no concern with my condition. I was advised to leave the office instead of them switching their political TV station to another. Worst experience!
Dismissive, Condescending, and totally unprofessional. Did not spend 10 seconds with me and never gave me a plan of care. Would never recommend him to anyone.
Zero stars. Did not examine me. Did not read my history. Did not ask any questions. Did not answer questions. Did not sit down for any kind of consult with me. His PA looked in my ear and the audiologist gave me a hearing test. I literally saw Moghaddassi for 30 seconds as he was walked me down the hall to check out. Prescribed an MRI for my ear/balance issues then never called me with results--I had to authorize my primary care doc to get them for me. Staff is kind, but he is a lazy loser.
Staff is rude and impolite. He didnt address the issue I went to see him for. when I called was spoken to very rudely. Was told Dr. would call back. He never did despite me calling again to follow up. Very poor handling of a patient.
DR MOGHADDASSI IS AN EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL YOUSSOF FAHMI
Wonderful Doctor! Wonderful bedside manner. He removed my tonsils when I was 23, he did a fabulous job. I trust him with my health.
