My first day at this facility One of the nurses at the front desk really had an attitude she didn’t want to be at work in the doctor. Let’s talk about Mr. Lee real disrespectful. He said that I smell like marijuana that was so disrespectful. If you ever make any appointments, I prefer you please do not have Mr. Lee as your doctor because he will talk to you crazy I feel like he’s a little racist because he don’t like people that smoke marijuana and that’s my opinion
I have been coming here for my pregnancy since I was 7weeks everything was ok except you never get to see the same doctor or they need to cancel & rescheduled you not only that around my 29th week they tell me out of no I have to pay $1000 out of pocket to have my baby with them remind you no one never informed me on this or had a talk with me at the time I said ok can I make a payment arrangement who ever the lady was said no it has to be paid in full & they had to tell me this when I first came I politely told this lady I ... read more
First time mom, never had any experience! I’d like to say I had Dr Kumar and will be changing, all the other staff was amazing so was his assistant that did my blood work. But Dr Kumar rushed everything, he told me I needed to be on Prenatal, he told me I needed to walk 30 minutes a day and if I worked at fedex or fast food etc that doesn’t count and I need to walk at home, also told me I can’t gain over 25 pounds, he was so rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable in the slightest, not only that but my first appointment I h... read more
This is my first ever pregnancy and I can't even begin to explain how discouraged this office makes me feel. Can't get anyone on the phone when I call, the 2 times I've TRIED to make an appointment they end up getting cancelled a few days later because the "doctor won't be in the office"
