My manager called Moffat to fix my patio door which would no longer slide and consequently the handle broke off. They came within the wee, dropped the wheeis with a rew turns of a screwdriver, took the handle stating that he thought he had a replacement in his office. That was 13 months ago, March 2020. Dispite numerous calls trom my apartment manager and broken promises I am still without ahandle. I'm an 81 year old retired nurse known for my patience with people but come on , may I please get a handle for my door !?!?
Moffat Glass installed a beautiful set of shower door panels. A slight manufacturing scratch was discovered later. Without hesitation, Moffat ordered a replacement. In addition, we ordered a full-length mirror. Both were installed today by Lucas and Anthony...courteous, professional, on time, and very accommodating (very conscientious about wearing booties to protect our new carpet).
