I purchased a burrito bowl from this place and at the bottom of my bowl was a piece of hair

The worst moe’s I’ve ever had. Nothing was fresh everything looked like its been there for 2months
The worst experience ordering food here. I come to the drive through TWICE and no one answers and I tried to go to the window and no one wants to do their job to come up and take my order…. I decide to do in and and yet again I’m waiting over 10 minutes for them to actually come up to take my order. Once they finally do.. I have a gift card and they DONT know how to use THEIR gift card. I just paid and with all the hassle the food is digusting and cold. GO TO AN ACTUAL MOES, this one is absolute trash.
