I recently had a poor encounter with this restaurant and made a complaint. They have since went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate all they have done to apologize and make up for the incident.
Thi location is always great to me and my daughter
I placed an online order 15 minutes prior to arriving. I arrived after the time it said it would be ready. I walked in asked for my order he said it wasn't ready yet then instead of immediately starting it he started making orders for customers that walked in after me starting a new walk in order. This is extremely poor customer service. My food should've been done prior to tending to new walk in guests
It would be 5 stars if some of the staff were more friendly n attentive..Sandra i think her name is has a nasty attitude everytime I come there. I don't feel comfortable spending my money if I don't feel welcome there .I know the manager I hope yall do better.
