Walked in to a person who clearly didn't want to be working and gave that attitude the entire time. We received half the food we normally do at Moe's. The chicken was burnt. If something was empty they refused to let you have it or to grab more. Filthy floors, tables. No utensils.
Wish I could give a 0. This franchise should just be shut down. It is constantly a bad experience by everyone who goes here. Run by incompetent employees, no customer service skills. They don't understand how the online ordering system works. Most of the time the food is burnt. It's never busy, yet takes absolutely forever.
Got food poisoning from here yesterday, wi will be calling and reporting to the health department and my lawyer. Every manager and employee who worked yesterday will be personally sued. Be seeing y’all soon you can bet on it
