I came into this Moes at 8:50 PM Tuesday 6/20/23. The two girls who were working were named Morgan and Ava. They told me that they were closed and weren’t serving anymore people. I asked why they said that since it was 10 minutes before they closed. They then huffed and very reluctantly served me food and did it with a horrible attitude. They slopped food in my bowl and made it very clear that they hated serving me. Manager had NO mask on and his nose was running while he was making our food. While making it, it ran on his lip and he licked it.Absolutely unprofessional from a manager maybe even a store owner.
The worst more I have ever been to Customer service was horrible Portions were very small
This is the 2nd Moe's that wasn't worth me spending my money. The first being the one at the Forum in Peachtree Corners. Both of them have counter people, maybe owners, who treat you like you are a hassle. This one at Windward had two, one man, one woman, both were grumps and both got NO TIP> No smiles, no thank you, no good vibe, NO TIP and no more of my money. . Food is always just average. Will not visit either one of these again and possibly Moe's may be off radar from now on. Always Willy's, Chipotle, etc.
