I ordered from the app and what was requested was not what I received. I ordered a Moe protein bowl with extra chicken. In the order I only received a couple of pieces of chicken. Far from double. I also ordered a quesadilla and half of the items I requested were not included the quesadilla. My sauces and sides were not included. The is the worst experience I’ve had with Moe’s. When I went to the counter to order there was no one in front of me the employee was finishing up an online order and I waited. He proceeded to complete five more items for the online order which according to the kitchen display was being picked up in 13 minutes before taking my order. I said nothing and waited patiently, he then proceeded to make the worst burrito I have ever had, I ordered my favorite order but he assembled it so horribly i genuinely had difficulty eating it. Just left this Moe's and I have to say the staff there is awesome. Isabelly (I think I spelled that correctly?) and the team there today are a great team and took care of my order quickly. Give them a raise! Seriously though.
