I'm not sure how corporate can justify having no air conditioning for employees and patrons. Several visits over the course of several months and it is uncomfortably hot in the establishment. Kudos to the employees for providing excellent service because I know I would not be able to in those working conditions. I cannot imagine how hot it is by the grills. I’ve been a Moe’s customer for a long time but I’m at the point where I’m reconsidering. The AC has been down at this location for multiple visits now and nobody above store level seems to care enough to fix it. Thermostat says 78, closer to the grills I assume the workers are currently in higher heat. The workers here are grinding even in this brutal heat every single shift and that falls squarely on corporate and regional management, not the crew. Always hits tonight was mo exception they where slammed tonight they did great knocking out orders.
The employees are great but they should not have to be inside working in 85 degree because the AC is broken for weeks now. Take care of your employees and they’ll take care of you. Filed a corporate complaint on the franchise due to employee working conditions as they did not work in these conditions previously as I am a repeat customer. Also, your dining room is unpleasant to eat in as it’s colder outside. I’ll update my review when the AC is fixed for the employees
In my opinion definitely has gone way down hill, charge more for way below average food. Definitely disappointed, cross off our list of places to go.
