I've been many times and the experiences get worse and worse. Today Sunday, August 10th was really bad. Not only were me and my girlfriend not acknowledged as we walked in while the worker was only toasting a stack, the tabletop was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. The food containers seemed to have multiple ingredients in each container due to the messy tabletop. The team up there made a mistake on my order. Austin corrected it and remade my order no problem. Thanks Austin.
I think the AC was broken. It was so miserable inside, the one time we decided to dine in! Also the drink area was a mess even though staff was on a break. Also, should staff be eating in the customer facing, behind the counter, food area?
I’ve been trying to get a refund since July 8th. I placed an order through the Moes website and the order was dropped off to a completely different address. Each time I call they say they haven’t had a working computer.
