Usually enjoy this place. walked in today and was ignored. 3 employess stood there and didnt even acknowledge. Us or attempt to take our order. Highly dissatisfied.
The African American gentleman who was assisting my family with our to-go order was working alone. He requested assistance, but none was provided. The employee demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, logical thinking, and efficiency in fulfilling the order independently. The manager later arrived and publicly criticized the employee's work in a demeaning manner, which was inappropriate.
