This locations has been going down hill for years. Tonight when we picked our order (4 meals) which included a cup of queso we were only given a handful of chips. When we asked if could have enough to eat the queso we were told they were cutting back on chips. When we got home we discovered the chips were burned and mostly crumbs. We’ll definitely be ordering from Monte Alban next week!
Great service, they put together a big order for me very fast.
The staff is friendly, service and food are exceptional. The manager Alan, always keeps the space clean and pays attention to every detail and gives professional customer service.
