chase gave terrible me terrible service, didnt want to help me because he didnt feel like it.
My first time at Moe's was a letdown. I ordered a burrito, but the portion was incredibly small. The server only added a maximum of half spoonful of rice and steak. Needless to say, I was not impressed and won't be returning.
Food was good but workers making the items not wearing hair protection.
I accidentally ran into Bobby in a parking lot where I live. I believe he’s the catering sales manager and we talked and he convinced me to give you guys a try and I was very happy. I actually said I’m gonna even try it today. I called up. I got the app and I had a little trouble, but there was a young lady there. Placed an order on the Moe’s app and waited almost an hour before I had my food. They were super understaffed and only had one person doing all the online orders. Seems like a management issue more than anything. Food was good once I finally got it but waiting nearly an hour for a quick service restaurant is crazy.
