Food is good, but dang putting up the chairs for the seating area over an HOUR before close? That's insane 🤣. Like I understand 30 minutes prior. At that point even not taking orders is somewhat understandable. But refusing people to eat in, an entire hour before the closing time? Is not cool
I had a disappointing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill. One of the male staff members, wearing a white Titleist cap, was noticeably rude during my visit, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. It was my first time at Moe’s, and I wasn’t familiar with the ordering process. I also found the American accent a bit hard to follow at first. I was the only one in line but had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for someone to come out from the back. She was not friendly but not rude. My chips were mostly raw… some were cooked half way. They were out of most of the salsas.
