The steak was incredibly rubbery and stringy. I got the moes value meal, which ended up at about $15 because I got extra queso on my burrito. Which is like a spoonful, not much at all imo. My mom got a kids meal with a burrito, kids drink, and a cookie as it was displayed on the menu. But, she also got chips, which was the whole reason I got the value meal because it’s not stated that the kids meal comes with chips on the side. Her total amounted to ~$10. There were two active leaks in the ceiling dripping water onto the register counter, and onto the floor near the salsa station. This location was also out of multiple ingredients (no corn pico, no grilled peppers or onions, and the cheese was the complete wrong color). This is 100% reflective of management not staff - those ceiling leaks are a genuine health and safety hazard. My boyfriend and I really love Moe's, and this was not the experience we were hoping to have.
So we went here just because of its proximity. OMG. It was yesterday 06/14/26. It was raining outside, and it was raining inside Moe's. There was water dripping in multiple places, i was in so much shock that i forgot to take the pictures. I wonder if the kitchen was sanitary. There were two people, one was probably the owner , and the lady was the cook. i heard her say something in Spanish.
