Great experience! This Moes is under new management and they are doing a fantastic job! Portion sizes were generous and they took great care of me and family when we dined!
horrible customer service
I’ve been trying to get a $17.76 refund from this location for almost two weeks, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call the store, the phone either goes unanswered or the employees say they cannot process refunds because there is never a manager in the store. I was told someone would reach out to me regarding the refund, but no one ever has. At this point it’s not even about the $17.76 — it’s about the lack of accountability and basic customer service.
