Awful food, awful service
I have always enjoyed eating at Moe's, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. The food quality was noticeably below the standard I have come to expect, and the portion size was surprisingly small for the price (it was a joke). I typically rely heavily on customer reviews before trying a location, and in hindsight, I regret not doing so this time. They must be rationing. Why open a restaurant if you're going to cheap out on your costumers?
Portions are very small, the food is very salty, and my god, the manager has an attitude when I have been nothing but nice to her. Obviously, sending a report to Moe's Southwest Grill gets directed straight back to her! To formally report her, you'll have to contact their parent company, GoTo Foods. Go to their contact page and, under "What is this related to?", select Guest Inquiries and send a report to them with the address attached! The manager here is so disrespectful.
