I was greeted, the other guys there didn’t seem too interested in helping people. But Georgia was a smiling face and the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Moe’s in 20 yrs .. she made it all better. Y’all need to fast track her to a manager.
I went into this Moe's in Phenix city Ala, yesterday on a quick lunch break , when I walk in I was greeted , I was waiting in line the young lady said give me a few I'll be right with you I said okay thank you . I quite literally never leave negative reviews, and I hardly ever complain about restaurants. But this Moe‘s location is absolutely terrible, and it is consistently that way, which is why I am leaving this review. It never fails with this location, that they are out of ingredients or just have terrible customer service, if not a combination of the two. Food was consistent with what I expect at Moe's. Staff was friendly enough and the place was clean.
