Rice is hard and not cooked long enough. It’s been like this for me most of the time these past few months
I love Moe's but damn.. I've come to this location a handful of times now and it's just not good, ever. Today I got a burrito and all the rice inside it was hard like it was undercooked. Ruined the entire meal. That's after spending $20+ for a burrito, chips, a drink, the smallest side of queso and a tip for the person making the food. Complete waste of money and super disappointing.
The burrito was cold and the rice was hard. What the heck. You have one job
