I love Moe's anywhere else, but be warned: don't go to this location. The employees and franchisee should get their act together -- this spot is giving Moe's a bad name. When we arrived, the place was smoky because the exhaust isn't working properly. Kitchen was filthy and rags and mops were left laying around the dining area. The older cook lady was so stingy with the food servings I had to ask twice for her to give me a decent amount of vegetables. Ordered on the app for in store pickup. After patiently waiting I was handed my order, but unfortunately it only contained one of the two items we had ordered. The employee then was rude and displeased with finding out the order was wrong. He made the second item and returned. We then confronted him about having on a small, less then hand full amount of chips that is now smash in the bottom of a bag with two stacks on top. He rolled his eyes and got another bag of chips. It reminds me of a blander version of a Qdoba. No disrespect but it lacks in the flavor of each item and then the combinations. Jr burritos are cool, but pricey for what you get. Overall, I don't feel I'll return, it just didn't stack up to Qdoba for what it was. Fast casual needs to nail my service, the person behind the counter fell short knowing the menu and connecting with me to enhance the experience. Food is always kinda average at moes can’t complain about the food. But when i walked in, i got stared at. no “welcome to moes”, like is that not the standard. Plus im pretty sure the manager just stared at me too. Definitely need to find their replacements cuz they don’t meet the standard of customer service. I’ve been in customer service for five plus years and there’s a standard that should be met. If you don’t like doing your job then go somewhere else.
