We usually love moes, but this location was terrible. We are from out of town and wanted to stop for a quick bite. The chicken was so old that you couldn’t even eat it. It was so dry and hard. This was The first time we’ve thrown food away at a Moe’s location. The place itself is dark and dirty. Food splattered on the walls, poorly stocked utensils. Definitely not worth the $39 we spent. Save yourself the time and do not go to this location!

If I could give this place a zero I would ..for one today between 2 and 4 o’clock. I was at this location and both young ladies at the register were in such a bad mood. They gave zero customer service and rolled their eyes had attitudes the entire time. on top of that.. every single thing was hard rice and dried out. Coming from New Jersey, the service was okay, but the atmosphere is horrible. The staff didn’t greet appropriately. Not even saying have a great day. Not so many drink options at this store. If you look for a clean atmosphere with more of a variety of drinks and staff who knows how to greet appropriately, do not come to this location.

I have to give at least one star because it's required but honestly it deserves no stars. Lose a star for every minute I had to wait at the counter to get my pickup order. A man walked in 2 minutes after I did and an employee came all the way down and went to him first, ignoring me completely. I was literally standing at the counter by the register. I can forgive a little mistake or two, but I had to have my order restarted and had to walk an employee through how to make a quesadilla. He laughed it off, saying he was brand new and despite his inexperience, neither of the other employees working were supervising him to make sure he was doing a proper job. When I went to pay, I was rung up for three quesadillas and had to say something about it for him to realize and fix his mistake. If I could I would give zero stars.
