Went to Moes on Monday for the Moe's Monday $5.99 deal. I usually get white rice, pinto beans, lettuce, chicken/steak, pico, and salsa. Today I wanted something lighter and asked to not get the rice and beans with my bowl. When I got to the register they wanted to charge me for a salad for over $10. I told them it was the a same order I usually get without the rice & beans. They said since it had lettuce, it is now a salad. The employees got into a huge fight right in front of everyone today with actual yelling and cursing, screwed up about 7 orders with people in line, not to mention the two blonde hairs in my burrito. This is the most disgusting establishment. Oh and the guy sweating all over the food and veggies who looked super blazed, who hired you?
Manager, Jessica, is rude and needs to learn some customer service protocol and not yell at customer ordering with small children because the order was not assembled correctly. I have been in retail for 40 years and NEVER had such a disturbing experience while shopping or eating out, poor customer service.
This place can never get an order right. I ordered the Alright Alright Alright, aka Nachos. How do you put all the topping but forget the freaking nachos! Morons!
Seems dirty, two times in a row salsa bar and ice tea empty. Since they changed from the white chicken have not gone back �
Stop yelling every time someone walks in the door.
