it took 2.5 hours to get my order at pick up order. horrible horrible horrible
my chips where overly burnt when they put them in my bag ...and they obviously did not care
Just picked up our order from the Greece location for our family of 6. 2 meals were completely wrong. Oh and the tacos were cold, one had no ground beef. The burrito, not grilled, cold shell, and wrong ingredients. If this only effected me, I’d leave it alone. But...you suck!
Henrietta Location is terrible my wife and I just ate their it is so dirty the kids are just standing around not cleaning nothing when a customer has to clean their table before they sit and eat that’s terrible and Bill was 30 dollars I think they need to Chang’s some things !!
Ordered a burrito, salad and kids meal with a cup of queso last night. It came with a partial bag of chips with the kids burrito thrown in the chips bag. I got more chips with a salad alone from the Moe’s in College Town. Ridiculous!
I ordered ahead on the app at 3:30 for the food to be ready by 6:35ish. I get it that sometimes I’m things get out of hand. But I had to wait until 7:05 for the food to be finally be ready. And to top it off, there were things missing from our burritos. It tasted horrible. The manager never came out to speak to me as the associate said that he was coming out to speak to me. I would love nothing more than a full refund from how horrible this was. And I’ve always loved moes.
my gf stopped to get dinner at moes tonight and was horrible le..I got 2 burritos soooooo small and yet 1 I was charged 9.50..and the other was 8.50...for sour cream, cheese n meat..oh and they were ice cold...waste of 45 dollars that we spent total...would of been better of going to taco bell.
First and last time! Slow disorganized line. Limited choices. Dry flavorless meats. Crappy salsa. Soft taco shells, hardened by the time we got to the table to eat! Chipotle for life!!!!
