I could eat Moe's Homewrecker burrito every day! I love the atmosphere, the music, the always friendly staff and their fresh salsas!
Eclectic Pop-Burritos – The first thing you notice when you come into the eatery is a LARGE menu with various memorable TV and MOVIE names. The Art Vandalay and Joey Bag O' Donuts are some of the fun names of their burritos. The place is clean and the food is filling. What more can you ask for!
Always Good! – This place is a place I take my friends when they are in town. Why? Because it has become a staple for me since moving to Atlanta. Great food and always fast and friendly..."Welcome to Moe's"...if you don't know what I mean, you will when you go there...
Homewrecker FAN! – I love Moe's. They just opened one on Ponce (much closer to where I live) so I don't have to drive to Buckhead for a great burrito. I ALWAYS get the homewrecker with the "special" hot sauce. Willy's has nothing on Moe's.
Homewreckers and more – Moe's is all about quick, tasty and relatively cheap tacos and burritos. While not quite on the same level as Willy's, Moe's makes any combo you ask for and doesn't charge extra like Willy's does. The posters of John Lennon and Jimmy Hendrix don't exactly go with the ski-lodge feel of the place, but this place isn't really about the décor.
Suburban Mex Condensed to its Essence – Nowhere near as garish a spectacle as your Tijuana Joe's or your Rio Bravo, Moe's substitutes basic, no-hassle decor and a subtle sense of whimsy for faux Mexican "atmosphere" and concentrates on lunch-friendly, (relatively) quick and substantive Mexican food for the Buckhead business set. Burritos and tacos (specifically the beef) are firm and filling, and the spacious environment soothes even during the more bustling moments.
Fill up for cheap – Portions are gigantic and the prices are super cheap. Orders are taken from the counter and dishes are prepared assembly-style in front of you. Servers are friendly (they shout Welcome to Moes! every time someone opens the door). Dishes sport pop culture names like Close Talker. Burritos are a great bargain, loaded with your choice of meat or toppings and served with chips. Try the hot salsa on the salsa bar.
Get a soft taco – For the money, Moe's soft tacos can't be beat. For $2.25, you can get a taco absolutely bursting with Moe's great Southwestern fillings and a side of chips.
