Great Tofu Taco! – Where else can you get a tofu taco than Moe's?! Vegetarians rejoice! I recentely tried the Moe's tofu soft taco w/ black beans, cucumbers, pico & lettuce and couldn't tell a difference if I had been eating chicken. It was seasoned & grilled well and a very healthy option. I think Moe's is a great, quick lunchtime option that makes vegetarians happy!
