Greece Moe’s was met by an angry rushed employee. The check out person was pleasant, but the guy that made my order was rude and my food was awful. He threw my food together without any purpose. I honestly have never experienced such a poor attitude while out to eat. I will not be back to this location, I mean never!
The packed restaurant wasn't abiding by any social distancing standards. The line was elbow to elbow 20 people deep. I was the only person in line wearing a mask. I don't expect people to dine in masks, but the dining rooms was so full that one couldn't even walk through. The staff even had their masks pulled down. The place looked like a petri dish if COVID19. Too bad.
The whole mask thing is stupid! You wouldn’t serve me and my family because we didn’t have a mask on. You said we couldn’t serve you without a mask but yet we could have sat at a table and talked during our meal without one(there was two tables maybe with customers wo mask on). No logic in that what so ever. There is no difference. Regardless everyone is breathing in the same air. I kinda hope your sales are down for all this ridiculousness! Just let us eat! Delivered my food with a receipt inside. So disgusting and unsanitary. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
Today I patronized Moe’s on Church St near the hospital where I work. A coworker went to pick up our food. For the price charged, the portions were very small and one order wasn’t correct so I called and asked for a manager, I was told that there wasn’t a manager available but the worker introduced himself as Jeremy and offered to help. I explained that this was my first time at the establishment and I was very disappointed.
