Poor customer service. Went in with my husband for lunch and placed our order. Then told them I wanted tomatoes and onions on my earmuff and the rude guy says we don’t do that anymore. So, I told them I didn’t want it. Took my money to chick-fil-a.
Had a burrito about 6pm Tuesday and by 4:45am Wednesday I was the King of the Throne! As the day went on things got worse, I developed a fever, muscle aches, and a headache along with the aforementioned stomach issue. I love this Moe's location in Westwood Plaza. The food and service are always great!
The design of the restaurant
Tried repeatedly to send an order for catering. First redirected to a third party site which accepted my order then cancelled it. Called the location directly to get VM over and over.
I love Moe's Southwest Grill in Westwood Plaza. It's such a convenient location and the staff here is amazing. Always upbeat and friendly. Great food, great service!
Great customer service, spotless interior, very friendly/courteous staff, EXCELLENT FOOD!!!
