RecommendedI went today during lunch. It was fairly busy but the service was great and the person working the cash register was great. They did ask people to put masks on when they entered but I didn’t see any big fuss like previously mentioned. Although, I don’t know why anyone would get upset about that since it SAYS ON THE DOOR that masks are REQUIRED. Some people believe rules don’t apply to them.
Service was horrible. The servers were very rude.
Went to Moes tonight and was refused service unless I put a mask on. Will never be back to another Moes. I’ve told everyone I know so they are aware of how you run your business. Such a shame! The local Mexican restaurant down the street was amazing, cost less, and didn’t yell at me about a stupid mask!!
After the experience we had tonight over a mask, we wont be back anytime soon!
I went today (for the first time ever) when they weren't even busy, watched my food get made, and sat at the counter for 10 minutes. When I then asked if they were going to give me my "probably cold" food, the employee that PUT MY FOOD TOGETHER said "we'll be right with you." As if he didn't realize that my food was already made! All they needed to do was ring my food up and bag it up, but they still let me sit there an extra few minutes!!!! And of course, my food was cold!
