Food Was Dry Today! Slaw was old ! I might not go back Wings platter ! But it’s been good doing lunch! Not Today Very Disappointing

I called to place an order for a group of 21. Katie was so very rude and acted like I was a major inconvenience to her. I was spending $165 and they were charging a 10% gratuity for a pick up order and would not include the plastic silverware. I have never been treated so rudely and talked to the manager and she was even ruder!! I will never give them any business or recommend them to anybody. I called Walk Ons and Kayhlin was so sweet and accommodating when placing the order. Would definitely recommend Walk Ons!!
They consistently leave items off your order and management isn't very concerned.
I love the food and NEVER HAVE a bad visit at any location except this one! 5 times in a row now my order has been wrong when I got it home! I should’ve said 3 strikes and you’re out, but tonight was my last time ever coming there! Absolutely no excuse for such poor service on to go orders!
