Friendly people in and out easy
Moe's Bike Shop is the best of the best! Professional, knowledgeable, and customer service that shows care. I live in CA and was riding thru North Bend on a touring ride in 2020. I bought an incredible rain jacket at Moe's. I've never seen another like it and recently lost mine. So I took a chance and called. Mike took the time to send me a pic and it's the same one. Went to Moe's bicycle shop yesterday in North bend, Oregon. I've been going there ever since I was a little guy. They've always taken care of me. I'm 52 years old now. They've always done me really good. Yesterday I took back a set of tires I bought 3 years ago. He helped me out. Called last minute to see if I could get my brakes fixed. Mike had other bikes ahead of me yet still got me fixed up and out of there and back home with my bike inside 4 hours. Very much appreciated the service and the shop. Thank you!
