It WAS always a place I'd make a point to stop in when in Howell, BUT the bartender Roxanne feared I was going to walk out on my tab when I moved outside with other people, so she called the cops. They asked my intentions, and I promptly showed them my ID, bank card, and $60 cash. Everyone around me was stunned. I'll never go back. They've lost my patronage and anyone else I know. NO, I didn't tip, and that's a first for me since I've bartended for many years. Would you tip anyone calling the police on you? Seriously?
Great service outside seating.. we walked from our house and was able to have our dog sit under the table .. it was great.. and you have to try the Deep fried Reuben Pickle and the polish dinner plate was huge and delish..

food is really good . I had the salmon burger, for the first time. the salmon was really good but it needed some dressing up . it was just salmon and bun.

This place is fabulous! From the homemade fried pickles to the house made Bloody Mary mix! You can’t go wrong at this restaurant! Everything I have experienced so far is delicious! If you like fried pickles, you must try their Reuben fried pickles. You will not be disappointed!
