They say they’re a 24/7 company who cares about San Carlos Park. On Christmas Eve we called, emailed, and left a Facebook message because we suddenly had septic issues, most likely needing a drain field replaced. Here it’s December 27, and STILL no call back from any Moen employee and we STILL can’t use toilets, shower, do laundry or dishes.

Called and spoke to Matt. I explained how another company was out the day before and said we needed expensive hydro-jetting, but that I had doubts. Over the phone, Matt quoted me the price for hydro-jetting and rodding, but suggested it would be best to run a camera through it first. Matt was out a few hours later and determined we only needed rodding, which was half the cost of jetting.
