I worked with Moe few times, let me tell you .. not all real estate agents are same..and you know when you are in middle of deal with tons of problems on every step of way.. I loved everything about him, he is very sharp when it comes to underwriting real estate deal, he has lot of knowledge about contracts, construction and comes up with great strategies on buying and selling.
