Overall good experience. Happy with my purchase. I feel like minor things, attention to detail could be improved but minor things, nothing that effects the overall performance of the vehicle.
I went there to test drive a 2014 Nissan Altima. I had went a few days earlier but someone else had already taken the car for a drive so I left. When I returned I asked why they didn’t buy and got an excuse. I took the car to a trusted mechanic, and they said the that the whole engine had shifted from frame damage from an accident. When the car wasn’t moving, it would vibrate hard and car had a horrible cigarette smell in it. No thank you.
They held the car for my family to drive 1.5 hours to test drive it late in the afternoon. They were very friendly and thorough.

We called before arriving at the dealer to make sure that the car was available. They man who we spoke on the phone said we didn't need an appointment to see the car to just come. We wanted to make sure the car was available to look at. But when we got there, they said the car was in storage. They would call when it was taken out of storage. We drove all the way from Romeoville to see this car. And it was a wasted trip & waste of gas. We are still waiting for a phone call to be able to see the car.

I'm extremely thankful for them going above and beyond to ensure I'm happy with my vehicles purchase ... Hats off to Mr. Khalil
