We didn’t realize they had just closed and were driving in the lot to shop. He tried to block me as I was turning in to get out of traffic. When I stopped beside him once on the approach, he hit my car with his truck, which he had left in gear while he was already exiting the vehicle, screaming and swearing at me. Wish I’d seen the previous reviews here which note similar levels of customer service, we never would have tried to shop there. Now you know better. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Car seemed great at first. Two days after purchasing I began to notice it was developing a noticeable thunk in the transmission. It leaks about a quart of oil every week (they had clearly cleaned this up as I had looked for leaks underneath) and it just now blew a rad hose in a parking lot (judging by the clamp, this had been done recently too). I would expect a bit more than 4 months from a 12k vehicle, so I'm feeling very cheesed about this ordeal. Absolute disguised lemon.
