The hours are clearly listed as 8 AM till 8 PM. I showed up tonight at 7:30 and they were closing up. If I have a membership, I should be able to come when the posted hours are and get my car wash.
Once again. This car wash here at westview closed!!! Yesterday January 17 2025. Says there open on here go there at 5:54pm, they are there but there is always a cone blocking so you cannot go into car wash. Why even have one in westview. I have never seen a business operate the way this particular location does. Half hour later get to the one in Warren day yep there open. Happens all the time. I will definitely post every time I go and they are closed. Also it was 36 degrees out so there was no reason at all for closure
Scratched my car on 10/30/24 and I told the manager Jennifer who was on duty and she took down my info. A week goes by and I hear nothing so I call costumer support just to hear that Jennifer never filed an incident report. I called on a Friday and stopped down at the car wash that day just to have Jennifer claim that she didn’t have access and just got numbers to do everything. Weeks go by and I hear nothing.
