TLDR: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went to this car wash specifically to have the undercarriage wash done. I purchased a basic wash and added an undercarriage wash. The attendant assured me the undercarriage wash was functional. I was specific because the car sat in a lot for a long time and was covered in spiderwebs. I pulled into the vacuum area and took the first picture. I showed the attendant the picture, he went and had the operator verify the undercarriage washer was functional and she verified that it was. Meh. Lots of dirt still on car after. Will not go back. Nice kid checking me in at beginning only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.Â
Great business, one of the best washes we’ve ever gotten from a automated car wash. The vacuum is actually have suction and they’re not sticky or anything like allow the car washes. Overall cleanliness is very high. The staff is very polite and helpful. Even if they don’t know the answer to something they find someone that does. I am completely comfortable taking my kids here and letting them help me clean the car, which is not something I can say for other car wash experiences. The carpet mat cleaner was never repaired after it was damaged and the rubber mat cleaner is never turned on. The dryers aren't working properly and the last few times I have been through, my car has been dripping wet. This place used to be okay , when you could use the services they advertised, but over the last year, they have completely gone down hill.Â
