Had a lovely experience this morning with ModWash. Staff is amazing, understanding and helpful. Manager on shift…should’ve gotten her name, was excellent! If you want a 5 star experience and excellent customer service, I’d recommend ModWash. Would come back solely for the great team members. Thank you for a clean car!

employees are never at the pay station to help out, and once you pull up to the wash they are often on their phone, in addition, the mat washer seems to be broken due to someone running into it i assume. the wash itself is alright and the price for a basic wash is fine. seems ridiculous to pay a dollar extra for a air freshener.
Nothing good about this car wash other than a shade that only covers half the spots.
