Been going here for years no issue. Their worker Trey decided he wanted to be a tough guy over a simple request to change credit card information. Reached out to them and no response. I would avoid. Dozens of car washes in the area. Won't be getting any of my business anymore.
This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had. I paid for one of the most expensive washes ($25), thinking it would be great, but my car was still dirty afterward. Some parts didn’t even look like they had soap or cleaning products on them. Also, in the area where you’re supposed to clean the inside of the car, there were no products available to use. I honestly feel like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they really improve their service and give people what they pay for.
I have used them for years and used to love taking my car to get washed regularly. But a few months ago they changed the way a car gets washed. The machines are more intense and can break parts of a car off. I used to recommend them all the time and know of at least 20 new customers because of my recommendation and how nice my car would look even after so many years of having it.
