This place is absolutely horrible!! This employee is very rude and of course he wasn’t wearing a name badge because he’s very rude!! I cancelled my long term membership plan because of him!! It’s the guy in the blue!!
I really liked coming to this car wash, until last week. For some reason (their fault, not mine) my plate did not popped up. Sindy and Christian are very pleasant and helpful. Being greeted and helped by Christian is a pleasure as well as Sindy making sure everyone’s needs are met. I had to come back here and edit/add to this review I made over a year ago. The location is great and so are the workers. But managing your subscription and trying to cancel. Is an extreme challenge. They recently raised their prices for the Unlimited wash membership which used to come with unlimited washes. They now won't let you go in a second time on the same day if the first wash wasn't adequate. I came two different times within a 10-day period to get a wash but there were cones blocking the entrance and they are blaming it on the weather disrupting the Wi-Fi. Place has gone downhill since they franchised and expanded more locations in the area.
