The wash itself wasn't bad, the employees seemed nice enough.. but I have spoken IN PERSON to two people about canceling this membership, (that MY card was used for -technically without permission- as I'd asked my boyfriend to take it through 1 time) I could barely find anywhere to call or email initially once I did and sent an email I hoped it'd finally be rectified and yet here we are THREE months later I was billed again. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
As we were driving to ModWash my wife asked me why was I passing by a car wash closer to home. I said because of Devin. He greeted us with a big smile and helped me navigate the touch screen. Then we turned into the wash to another big smile and a wave. Always exceptional service. Highly recommended!
Used to be great service. Now all the workers just hide in the one office room. When the employees guide you they look at you with disgust as why we are bothering them and their precious time. They rather you drive yourself and star the machine on your own as they rather play on their phone. Horrible service!!!!
Very nice facility! Clean and well kept, all employees are friendly and smile
Use with caution, the left brush rollers are to close to the car and want to rip the mirror off the door. I pull it in, and it pulls it out and flips out. Also the blower doesn't get 50% of the water off. Updated 4 2025 the last 3 times it didn't do the mirror issue looks to be fixed. Thanks
