Worst car wash ever. It has a poor maintenance program they have broken brushes and gates for months. When the brushes work they beat your car from not being adjusted properly. Blowers are always broken.
Been a member for months now but will be switching soon. Every week I go. Either the brushes dont work, the rinses dont work or the chemicals are out so it's no foam and just water. Once I went thru and the first part had no soap come out. Only water trickling down. They didnt give a warning as I would not have went thru to get scratched up. This poor cat wash does not know how to keep up good service.fir what feels like an eternity, mod has had broken mechanisms in the car wash itself,also broken mechanisms like vaccums.and other things.when something great comes to to sumter,people🦍 take over and make it into something right out of a horror movie and not the Gorey kind
I hate to say it, but this place has gone downhill. The last few times we’ve been here many of the vacuums don’t work, there is no cleaner to be found, yesterday the rag carts were mostly empty. The lady next to me finished cleaning out her car to vacuum it only to realize her vacuum was broken too. She ended up leaving frustrated. I really hope you guys take note of the negative reviews and make necessary changes. Once upon a time this was a really good car wash.
The brushes on the left side do not work, dirt still in car after washing, tires were not clean, towels were dry and no cleaner for windows available. This place use to be top notch but has gone down a lot recently.
