Scratched my car up. And the owner wouldn't even call or acknowledge it.
Overall it gets the car clean, wheels do not get clean on any of my cars. Always out of the no 1 air freshener. I do like the vacs. Need to keep the members only line open. I spent 10 min waiting on someone to figure out how to go through a kiosk with help because all the other lines were blocked.
They do honor there word. When I went in aug the machine stopped working. They didn't give me a refund but they did give me a free car wash when I came back.
