Highly overrated. Does not clean my windshield worth of beans. Also does not clean the back of my vehicle at all. Towels are always wet. Only thing nice is the free vacuum. Cost less at wash kingdom and washes much better.
Chatera is very polite, customer oriented, and very professional. I was there this morning when she was taking covers down in the lot, and it started to rain. She did not stop until the job was done! Great example of a go getter, and leader!
