Nathan helped design (and then built) a wood sign for my parents' cabin. I can be fairly particular about things like this, so I was really happy about how easy it was to collaborate with him on a vision for the end result. And my parents love it, which is of course the important part! I'd definitely recommend Modus to people looking for that kind of work.
Nathan built out the screens for our back porch and created a gem for our house! He was efficient, fair, and extremely effective . . . The durability and quality of work is of the highest level. Also, my father was a general contractor and promoted the need for construction and craft companies to emphasize the 'neighbor' part of 'neighborhood business' - Nathan definitely satisfies that criteria. We are proud to support his work and you should be, too.
Nathan has done incredible work at our little bakery! We call him our personal woodworker :). He has the eye for looking at a space, listening to our needs and designing a great piece that is both useful and beautiful. He has handcrafted our acorn sign, designed, stained, built and installed our beautiful wood shelves and he always goes the extra mile by installing spice racks, buying light bulbs for us that need to be replaced or putting up hooks that we could easily do ourselves.
