First I would like to say, we are happy with our new home, but the service we received before we closed on our house and after was very disappointing. Jerry Rhodes claimed to be a honest business man, but he would not return our calls/texts about the subfloors not being leveled. One of his sub-contractors did not level the subfloor along the marriage wall which made the floors started to buckle along with the trash the contractor left under the LVP.
