Property feels very secure. Katy was very nice, helpful and understanding to my needs. I only wish I had know that you are not allowed to perform any type of maintenance on property. I have a boat trailer that I needed to do some upgrades that does not require any fluids or chemicals. And was told you cant even change a tire. I guess you need to drag your flat off property to change it. You should be allowed to do not hazardous maintenance .
