The women who works in the office was so sweet and helpful. She explained to me about the different sizes and prices and helped me decide what was best for me. She made it so easy. I like that it’s in a nice neighborhood and good area. I feel safe when I do have to go alone. And it’s very clean. Overall I am 110% happy with CubeSmart and recommend to anyone looking for storage, even if it’s just short term.
Valerie went out of her way to accommodate urgent rental she was very informative and even worked with me outside her business hours to ensure I was able to access my unit! Love it! Thank you sooo much!!
Kathie was exceptional! She made the initial rental process quick and painless.
The public service was phenomenal both ladies answered most of my questions with ease I would definitely recommend having Kathy and Valerie assist you.
