Kathy was very helpful and friendly. She provided me with all the information I needed. The next day went ahead and rented and Shanell made everything go very smooth. She also was very friendly and helpful. Definitely the reason I chose to rent there.

The women who works in the office was so sweet and helpful. She explained to me about the different sizes and prices and helped me decide what was best for me. She made it so easy. I like that it’s in a nice neighborhood and good area. I feel safe when I do have to go alone. And it’s very clean. Overall I am 110% happy with CubeSmart and recommend to anyone looking for storage, even if it’s just short term.
Valerie went out of her way to accommodate urgent rental she was very informative and even worked with me outside her business hours to ensure I was able to access my unit! Love it! Thank you sooo much!!
