Horrible customer service and communication. Product arrived 4 months after order severely damaged so I refused the order per instructions by the company. It has been another 3 months with no communication. No email back and won't return my calls.

Where do I start. We purchased a table offered on the website in customs finishes and were advised the order would be 12-14 weeks with an additional 2 weeks for delivery. Fine. 14 weeks in, requested an update and was told that two containers have arrived in LA and our order would be in either of those and would be delivered either early or late Jan. Mid Jan. did another follow up and was told the order would arrive Jan. 25-31 and 1/26 was informed that “it did not pass our QC” resulting in merchandise not being received and... read more
Absolute THIEVES! Do NOT order from these people! We have an order from July and they still have not delivered and keep changing the delivery date. They do not respond to emails or calls promptly and have no idea which stage our order is in. With such pricey furniture, better customer service is expected. Do not be frauded by this company! I will be opening a case with my credit card company IMMEDIATELY
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if you expect to actually receive anything. I placed an order in March 2022 at the Dallas, TX location for a dining table and 8 dining chairs. Delivery date was supposed to be in July. In May I received a photo from the sales rep saying that 6 of the 8 chairs were done and all would ship shortly. Two months passed and nothing.
