DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if you expect to actually receive anything. I placed an order in March 2022 at the Dallas, TX location for a dining table and 8 dining chairs. Delivery date was supposed to be in July. In May I received a photo from the sales rep saying that 6 of the 8 chairs were done and all would ship shortly. Two months passed and nothing. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Horrible customer service. The owners couldn't care less about goods arriving late or damaged. I have probably spent at least $20,000 with ModShop over the years and with the latest delivery - not only was it 2 months late (with ZERO communication from customer service) the credenza arrived damaged. I then had to chase customer service with multiple emails and calls - with NO response. Finally, after reaching out for 4 weeks, someone responded.
