I moved to Modli after moving out of my house and took the summer off from work for 5 months, but it was time to come back to work. I’ve had the best experience with the management team! I had given notice to vacate to move out of state and after finding out living there wasn’t for me I was able to cancel my notice to vacate and move back into the same unit. The St Louis street property is well taken care of, the halls are always clean, and it’s a very quiet community!
Updated review: Management response is factually just wrong - whether it's lies or incompetence is anyone's guess. And trying to make it look like this is just frustration over a lease termination fee? They know this isn't true given that their own communication records demonstrate our concerns and dissatisfaction beginning long before we moved out. If you’re looking for an apartment/management company, KEEP looking. I can’t remember the last time I wrote an online review, if ever, but I’m positive there are better options in this area at this price point and if I were searching for a new place, I would want to know. My experience at The Ivy was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a management company and as a renter in general.
