Michelle and the ModLi Management team are extremely responsive, communicative, and fair in everything that they do. Their properties are well maintained and instructions for move in and move out are straightforward. Maintenance was always timely as well.
The maintenance guy at the James Scott mansion is the best, always on time, and fixed my heat in no time! Thank you for your hard work, joann
I wish 0 stars were an option here.. they lied about a fake law and then took $100 from my wife and I after knowing our exact situation only to act like it mattered after they got our money., then called to only hang up in our face..Hopefully their lies will catch up to them soon with lawyers..
I moved to Modli after moving out of my house and took the summer off from work for 5 months, but it was time to come back to work. I’ve had the best experience with the management team! I had given notice to vacate to move out of state and after finding out living there wasn’t for me I was able to cancel my notice to vacate and move back into the same unit. The St Louis street property is well taken care of, the halls are always clean, and it’s a very quiet community!
Updated review: Management response is factually just wrong - whether it's lies or incompetence is anyone's guess. And trying to make it look like this is just frustration over a lease termination fee? They know this isn't true given that their own communication records demonstrate our concerns and dissatisfaction beginning long before we moved out.
